Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be satisfied with your selection. If for any
reason you are not, please return the item within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement.*

number if applicable and any other information which may be useful.
Refunds, Exchanges and Credit
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, return the
item within 30 days for a refund, credit or replacement.*
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable upon return of the item. If
it arrived defective or broken, we will replace the item or refund the
purchase price only. Be sure to contact us immediately.
If you would like to return merchandise, for whatever reason, first
let us know. And the best way to do that is by
emailing or calling us. We will provide a replacement, or refund the
purchase price to the original purchaser, if the product was not misused or
abused or repackaged, or if the original packaging is damaged and if returned to us within a reasonable amount of time. Unwanted
products that are returned must be in saleable condition.* If
requesting a replacement or exchange, you can request the same or a
different product.
Defective or Damaged Upon
Arrival
If the product arrived defective or damaged, please save all the
packing and contact us by the next business day. This allows us to submit a
damage claim with the delivery company on a timely basis, and it will speed
up the replacement process. Keep the product and packaging for inspection or
return at least until we notify you to return it (we pay the shipping) or
until we authorize its disposal.
If, upon delivery, you noticed dents on the carton and refused the
package because you inspected the contents in front of the delivery person
and found the contents to be damaged, please let us know right away. We'll
be able to check the refused package status, and may then send you a
replacement immediately.
Pricing Discrepancy
It is our policy not to be undersold. If you find the same item
on another web site within 5 days of your order, and it is in stock and available in the quantity that
you have ordered, our policy is to match the price. We will need the exact web site address (URL)
and quantity
for price and availability verification purposes.
Changes
Prices, terms, conditions and products may change at any time on our web site without notice.
Privacy and Security
Any information you give us is not shared by any other
company or entity unless required by law. Any email addresses you
provide us are only used by us to send you periodic offers or news about us
or our products and you can opt-out of receiving such information at any
time. We may contact you to clarify an order or at your
request. An email address supplied to us with an order will
automatically opt-in to receive our periodic email notifications.
Your credit card information is processed using secure
internet transaction protocols through reputable financial institutions that
have told us that they will maintain the confidentiality and security of
your information. You should be aware that any transaction over the
internet or elsewhere with any entity must be made carefully to protect your
private information and we will do our part to insure your privacy.
Custom Items
We can print, engrave or hand
paint your logo or design on many of the
items you see on this site. In
fact, if you have an idea for a specially printed, custom or promotional
item that you don't see here, just ask us and we can probably meet your
needs, rapidly and expertly. We have access to a world of
both common and uncommon items that might be just the thing you are
looking for. Normal production time is 4 to
6 weeks for custom engraving or imprinting and 2 to 3 weeks for custom
hand painting depending on quantity and complexity.
Please allow 1 to 2 business
days for responses to quotation requests.
50% deposit is required on all
custom engraving, printing or painting.
* Excludes special order or custom items. These items include
personalized, engraved, painted or printed items that cannot be resold to
another customer. Special order items also include large volume orders
over $400 for a single item that we may not return to a manufacturer or
distributor. DrinkGifts.com will be the sole determinant as to the
acceptance of such orders for return or refund. In addition, the
customer may be responsible for any shipping, handling, restocking or penalty charges incurred
by DrinkGifts.com in order for us to return merchandise to a manufacturer or
distributor. |
